Spacious and bright 70 m² apartments with a large, approximately 25 m² terrace overlooking a beautifully maintained courtyard and garden. The terrace is a perfect place to start your morning with a cup of coffee, enjoy greenery and shade during the day, and spend cozy evenings with family or friends, dining outdoors or having a barbecue. The apartments feature a living room with a kitchen, two separate bedrooms, and a bathroom. The sofa bed in the living room provides two additional sleeping places, allowing up to six guests to stay comfortably. For guests traveling with small children, we can provide a baby cot and a high chair. The kitchen is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, including an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, and all necessary dishes and utensils. A washing machine is located in the bathroom. The apartments are equipped with air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, and include a parking space in the underground parking garage.
